Galaxy Star Projector has 10 different lighting options so you can always mix and match lights.
Can we choose different brightness options or does it come with one standard brightness ?
Galaxy Star projector comes with 3 different brightness options. 30%, 60% and 100%.
Does it have a built in Bluetooth speaker ?
Yes, Galaxy Star Projector is equipped with a built in Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favorite music.
Does the star and ocean effect stays static or does it revolve ?
You can choose if you want to keep the effects static or have them dance to the beat of your music.
Does it have a Remote ?
Yes, Galaxy Star Projector comes with a fully functional remote control.
What are the shipping times for your products?
Usually orders are processed with in 2-3 days after your order is placed, and delivery normally takes 7-10 days, but due to COVID-19, there might be some delays in shipping.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely. We strongly believe that our customers shouldn't pay for delivery fee. Although, we can provide express shipping at additional cost that is charged from a customer.

Do you provide product tracking / tracking information?
Yes, Tracking number is sent to you within 3 days, and you can track your order on our website under section "Track Your Order". Just put the tracking number you receive via email after your purchase and you will get all the details.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture and brief description of the damaged item at refunds@galaxystarprojector.com
If you do received damaged or faulty product, please inform us of that issue as soon as you receive the package so we can resolve your issue at the earliest.
I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can however trace your order and see where it is at any time. We do our best to resolve any issues that our customers may encounter with their orders.
